2. Which as the purposes to continue processing your personal data?
We process the personal data of our contacts, clients and suppliers with the aim of managing the commercial relationship with our company and, especially, the contractual aspects, the sending of information of our company and of the sector, the organisation of activities, campaigns and events and the sending of informative and commercial communications (including emails).
3. How long will we keep your data for?
The personal data will be kept for a period of (6) years, according to the current accounting regulations and, if applicable, for (10) years according to the money laundering prevention regulations.
In any case, ACÚSTICA INTEGRAL, S.L. will keep your personal data while they are necessary for the contractual provision of our relationship unless you request their deletion. Likewise, it will keep them for the period of time necessary to comply with the legal obligations corresponding in each case according to the type of data.
4. Which is the legitimacy for processing your data?
The legitimate basis for treating your personal data is the mutual interest and the user's consent.
5. To whom are you data disclosed to?
The data can only be disclosed to a third party organisation linked to ACÚSTICA INTEGRAL, S.L. in the field of the management of its products and services for the same purposes previously mentioned, as well as to the Competent Public Administrations, when required by the current legislation.
ACÚSTICA INTEGRAL, S.L. has established security contracts and agreements with third parties to ensure the appropriate level of security and protection of the personal data throughout the mentioned chain.
6. Which are the rights regarding your personal data?
You can request the access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, portability andopposition to the processing of your personal data at any time.
You may revoke the consent to the sending of commercial communications and exercise the previously mentioned rights, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the document certifying your identity. Unless you have already previously indicated by means of the option of unsubscribing which is located at the foot of the emails sent, in which case, we already have this information.

7. Which is the provision of personal information stored?
The basic personal identification data are stored to send proposals, commercial information, to create invoices, like for example name, sending address, Tax ID num., bank account number, if the client wishes direct debit.
8. Which is the storage Policy of the data /availability/backups and their location?
No information is deleted unless the erasure is requested by the user and this erasure is appropriate (see point 3). It is always available unless it can be blocked to send marketing/commercial information, if the erasure, limitation processing or opposition rights have been exercised by the user.
Safety copies of the servers containing data are made and duly controlled and safeguarded.
9. Which is the privacy and Security Policy for the information and its access?
The access to the database is protected by a user and password.
In the case of remote access, this is made with VPN protocol.
10. Which is the Policy regarding response to security incidents and impact analysis?
ACÚSTICA INTEGRAL, S.L. has adopted appropriate organisational and technical protection measures and these measures have been applied to the personal data affected by the possible security breach of the personal data. Access to client/user data is not allowed for people who are not authorised to access them.
ACÚSTICA INTEGRAL, S.L. has carried out and keeps updated a risk analysis of the vulnerability of the personal data and its impact on the security of the privacy of the clients/users.
11. Which is the Policy for deleting information in the case of unsubscribing to the service?
ACÚSTICA INTEGRAL, S.L. disables the client/user accounts that decide to unsubscribe and that have exerted their right to the erasure. In this case, the data of the client/user will be blocked and kept for the time required by the legislation, exclusively to account for the legal obligations that justify the past relationship of the parties.
12. Who is our Security Manager regarding Data Protection?
ACÚSTICA INTEGRAL, S.L. is not legally obliged to appoint a DPD (Data Protection Delegate), according to the current legislation.
In the case that ACÚSTICA INTEGRAL, S.L. identifies a personal data security breach, the users will be informed as soon as possible in relation to the same and, in the case of significant risk, the competent authority will also be informed.
